Sandy Bay Sailing Club (SBSC) is volunteer junior club situated on the picturesque Derwent River in Hobart, Tasmania in Australia. SBSC provides a friendly but competitive environment for its members. Formed on 1 March 1948, SBSC has grown to accommodate a wide range of dinghy classes including International Optimist, International Cadet, and 420 fleets. SBSC caters for sailors of all levels of experience and skill, from beginners to advanced sailors.
